Dominic finally got his Nikon D80 (!) and as he was taking pictures outside he came face-to-face with the aforementioned rodent. He told me his internal monologue went a little something like this:

"Holy crap! What is that? Kate will never believe this. WAIT, I HAVE A CAMERA IN MY HANDS!"

Besides discovering we're playing host to a GOPHER (what should we do about that, anyway?), today has been an exciting day. Dominic has been longing for a digital SLR camera for a long time.
